Plot: Picking up after the events of Never Back Down 2, former MMA champion Case Walker is on the comeback trail to become champion once again.
Alternative Plot: Case Walker (Michael Jai White), a former MMA champion, begins to stage a comeback and make another run at the title, pitting his old school skills against fighters from the new breed.
