Plot: After the events of Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, Papi, Chloe, the pups and their humans, Sam and Rachel, move into the luxurious Langham Huntington Hotel, but there's trouble in paradise when Papi's daughter Rosa feels left out from the rest of the family, so he decides to throw her a Quinceañera to help make her feel more special than she ever dreamed. But when strange occurrences involving a hotel employee and a doggy day care teacher begin to get a little suspicious, Papi sets out to solve a mystery and put bad guys behind bars.
