Plot: Frank Marasco arrests Kane Cartel who is then sentenced for execution. To stop this, Carlito Kane and Manual Kane kidnap the daughter of the California Governer and Frank's grandson, Mario. Frank Marasco (Bullet) takes law into his own hands to save them.
