Plot: A young married couple find their relationship and their lives threatened after a beautiful and dangerous seductress moves into their pool house.
Alternative Plot: Dave (Brian Krause) and his wife, Megan (Nicole de Boer), move into a new home. They decide to rent out their guest house, so Dave places an advertisement on a bulletin board in the hospital where he works. The couple receive many applicants, but they have the best rapport with Courtney (Sonya Salomaa), one of Dave's coworkers. Courtney, however, is more sinister than she appears. She obsessively spies on the couple, and schemes to disrupt their marriage.
