Plot: After escaping from the clutches of the greedy Aristotle Bolt in Escape to Witch Mountain (1975), the gifted extraterrestrial siblings, Tia and Tony, are finally free to visit Los Angeles as tourists. However, Tony's special powers grab the attention of the evil scientist, Dr Victor Gannon, and his equally dangerous assistant, Letha Wedge, who abduct him, intent on using him for one of their ambitious experiments. Now, it's up to Tia and a team of young defenders to find Tony and save him from the megalomaniac duo. Can they make it in time?
Alternative Plot: Tony (Ike Eisenmann) and Tia (Kim Richards) are other-worldly twins endowed with telekinesis. When their Uncle Bene drops them off in Los Angeles for an earthbound vacation, a display of their supernatural skill catches the eye of the nefarious Dr. Gannon (Christopher Lee) and his partner in crime, Letha (Bette Davis), who see rich possibilities in harnessing the children's gifts. They kidnap Tony, and Tia gives chase only to find Gannon is using her brother's powers against her.
