Plot: After Doug, a member of the Fire Station #23 gets killed in a car explosion, the rest of the team is left with some pretty heavy issues to handle. Some wonder why they ever got involved in firefighting, others just try to deal with the pain and anger of such a loss while continuing to save lives.
