Plot: Based on the beloved book by E.B. White. A spring pig named Wilbur is transferred from his original owner Fern to live across the street at Homer Zuckerman's farm. But when Wilbur finds his life is in danger of being turned into ham and pork, he quickly befriends a tiny yet gentle spider named Charlotte. Together, and with help from the lazy rat Templeton, Wilbur and Charlotte work to convince Zuckerman not to kill Wilbur in the most miraculous way possible. This results in the most precious of miracles that anyone had ever seen that will change Wilbur's life forever.
Alternative Plot: After learning that a young pig's days are numbered, a literate spider (Julia Roberts) weaves an elaborate plan to save her friend from the butcher's block.
