Plot: A failed screenwriter contemplates suicide. When he mentions it to his friends, he dismisses it as a screenplay he is writing to be called "Suicide With A Vengeance". Girlfriend Amanda and his parents do worry about him and get him into a suicide intervention program.
Alternative Plot: A writer entertains notions of suicide until his family members decide to stage an intervention.
