Plot: Something nightmarish is dwelling in the lake of a remote fishing village, devouring fish and locals alike. To investigate the rumours of the monstrous leviathan, the man of reason and government scientist, Dan Leland, arrives in the small community, not knowing what to expect; however, the first bloody encounter with the elusive creature will convince the sceptical investigator that, this time, the legend is real. What lies in the dark waters of the silent lake? Does Leland dare to face the eye of the beast?
