Plot: Two guys get a billion dollars to make a movie, only to watch their dream run off course. In order to make the money back, they then attempt to revitalize a failing shopping mall.
Alternative Plot: Would-be filmmakers Tim and Eric squander $1 billion of the sinister Schlaaang Corp.'s money and must figure out a way to pay it back.
